Hi :-)

First off, I LOVE reading. If I could get away with it, I'd just read all of the time. Unfortunately, there is that pesky little thing called university that prevents me curling up in an armchair with a good book all day, every day. Shame that.

Here's a (much shortened) list of my favourite books:

Anything by John Green, Pride and Prejudice, the Harry Potter books (of course), Sense and Sensibility, Persuasion, Jane Eyre, The Tears of Artamon series, The Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid, The Little White Horse, Clair de Lune, the Noughts and Crosses series, The Time Traveller's Wife, Marley and Me, the Artemis Fowl series and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

I also love writing, although I haven't actually got round to writing anything for the site yet. Please don't shoot me! I probably won't be posting anything in the near future, as I've got big exams coming up soon, but it will happen...

Other random facts about me:

I'm unbelievably clumsy. Seriously, I trip over dust particles. No kidding.

I'm a blue belt in Tae Kwon Do.

I'm studying Molecular Biology at university.

I love musical theatre. It's just fun!

Hmm.. what else to say...

Oh yeah, music! I love music, despite the fact that I'm one of the most non-musically talented people ever. I can just about sing, and that's it. I keep trying to teach myself to play the keyboard, but it always kind of fails. Oh, well...

So, my favourite bands/singers/general music things (please don't laugh):

Hurts, Muse, Snow Patrol, Taylor Swift, ABBA, pretty much all classical music, everything Disney-related, Wicked, Mika, Madness, Katherine Jenkins, Michael Buble and the Jane Eyre musical soundtrack (sad but true!)
