Hi. So, it's been a while. Obviously, if you've been popping in to keep track of me. I know I still get views here and there on a couple of my stories, people checking for new chapters or rereading things. I assume the audience for my Sonic story is not the same one I have for my Transformers stuff--not that you can't belong to both fandoms. :) So, since most people probably don't know what's going on, I'll give you the short version.

Anyone who attempted to follow Why Not Me will remember that my dad was sick, and we had no idea what was going on. Well, it turned out that my fears were justified: my dad has been diagnosed with an early-onset form of dementia. Things got ugly, other people important to me died, I missed funerals because of college. That's why I haven't been writing stories. I just sort of drowned myself in YouTube and stopped doing art and writing as much. Chalk it up to depression if you want, because I do have depression, but that's not the whole of it. Writing was how I processed, and when I stopped writing stories, I stopped processing in the way I best knew how. My grades went downhill, too, probably from me having no outlet and not caring. I'm supposed to walk in a week for graduation, but we'll see. T_T I think I screwed myself over, but I'm not ready to give up yet.

So I'm back. I'm back to studying my Bible and being active in the fandoms I love, because life doesn't suck quite as much that way. I suddenly care more when I'm on FFN. Don't ask me how. Call me crazy, but I just burned through an insanely long story (now in my favorites on another account) and felt the need to both go write and to do my homework. So here I am, writing up a temporary profile in sort of an apology for giving up on life, because I really have no excuse. My rants/copypastes/poetry that were on here before might come back, but I don't know yet. You might get a whole new set. XD

I'm going to give a short explanation in each of the stories I update next, but I wanted to let people know here what was going on and what general plans were.

First off is probably going to be Reverse. Why Not Me needs rewritten after the eighth chapter (eeyergh), so it's on my list too. The rest of my stuff is probably going to be postponed indefinitely, except for probably The Way I See It, because that one likes to demand my attention at odd times. I do want to finish the rest of them, because they do have an audience even if it's smaller than the afformentioned ones. I just don't have the inspiration or the time to drum it up right now. Maybe over the summer while I'm taking the last of my courses and applying to substitute teach.

Ha, this is a bit jumbled, but I think you get the point.

I know it's to help my mom, but I still can't believe I'm moving back in with my parents...
