Tales of the Half Blood Prince

The tale of two Death Eaters and their lust for the Dark arts. Both Caelyn and Severus must agree to an Unbreakable Vow which binds them maritally. Their marriage begins slow, but then blossoms into quite the scandal. They find themselves obsessed with the Dark Arts - and later each other - until Lily Potter is next on Voldemort's hit list. Severus is quick to leave the arts, but his romanticized bride is not so willing. Can their feelings for each other survive the Potter's brutal murder and a secret deed Caelyn committed? Can he, or will he, try to bring her to the light?

Caelyn Lockney, my original character, is based on Jean from X-Men. This includes all films, but I was most intrigued and inspired by her dark side in X-Men: The Last Stand. Severus Snape is what some people would call Out of Character (OOC). False. This is Severus when he was twenty-one and if you read in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Severus is a regular guy for the most part, my story leads up to his frigid and harsh demeanor. I explain why he is so cold towards the world.
