Kylo Ren is emotionally wrecked after his failure at Crait and so he disappears. Rey has a bounty on her head so her presence threatens the safety of the Resistance and she is forced to go into hiding. The two are becoming more unbalanced as their force connection persists. Hux is the new Supreme Leader and Princess Leia has fallen ill after the death of her brother.

Immediately following the events of The Last Jedi, Rey is determined to press forward with her Jedi training. But despite her best efforts, she is unable to shut out the lingering thoughts and feelings surrounding what transpired between herself and Kylo Ren. #reylo #rey #bensolo

The Resistance is on the run from the regrouped First Order while Rey trains with Luke Skywalker on Ahch-To. Kylo Ren struggles with the life he's chosen. Love blossoms as dark truths are revealed. A complete reimagining of Episode VIII aka what the sequel could have been.

Rey works as a counselor in the prison system where her clients are held on drug-related charges. Ben Solo is a reluctant participant in her group, but that could soon change. Rey finds out just how dark Ben can be in his deeds, but the question is, what does she do with the information given?

After the events of the Last Jedi, Rey and Kylo Ren find that they still a bond, and as treachery and sedition poisons both of their causes, they flee and are forced to use this bond to reach out to each other and to survive. T for safety :)

His near-death experience reopens his bond to Rey, and together, they struggle to meet halfway. The rest of the Resistance struggles with this as well. Ben Solo is fed up. Fed up of working in his Uncle's sweet shop every summer, and having to serve giggly school girls and snot nosed kids. Then he meets Rey, the new lifeguard in training and suddenly his summer just got a whole lot more interesting. This was a prompt that I've been working on. There will be a few more chapters of cuteness. :-)

After the battle on Crait a week later, Rey sat in the back of the falcon, with the torn-up lightsaber in her hand. Would it have been so awful to join him? She couldn't help but ask herself. Of course, it would, it wouldn't be on her terms, but his. What would make her think that he would listen to her, and why should she listen to him in the first place.

Rey came here looking for her parents. But there's a lot more going on in this small town than she ever bargained for. Mysterious deaths? A mansion in the woods? Who's really in charge here, and why are they hell-bent on getting rid of her?

As soon as Kylo Ren opened his eyes that morning, he came across several problems. First: He doesn't know where he was And finally: he doesn't know to the girl who slept beside him. Fortunately, his alarm hadn't sounded yet.

Shortly after escaping Kylo Ren's interrogation room, Rey meets Ben - another one of his prisoners.

He felt claustrophobic, like he couldn't spread out in his bunk, like it was closing in on him. He tossed and turned, curled up in a ball, the blood pounding behind his eyes, throbbing in his temples. His muscles ached, his body wrung taught. Story 3 in the Hope In The Desert Series

Slowly, piece by piece, Rey figures out how to handle her hold over the Force. The more help she has, the easier it is and after all, the end justifies the means.

Rey is suprised when she finds a wounded Kylo Ren knocked out the the forest on the planet she has camped on.
