Following the events of 'Aftermath' life goes on in Bristol Cove as well as it can. One day, a strange teenage girl appears -she is from a rival pod and has come on shore looking for help. Her pod is dying, there is an introduced disease that is ravaging the mermaids. Now Ryn, Ben, and Maddie are determined to help the young mermaid and save the pod.
