This Happened to a friend:

He was over for dinner and had a glass of wine (Just one and it does not effect him) he was driving home and a police officer puled him over because he didn't have his blinker on while turning. My friend panicking used his mouth wash he kept. The cop asked him to take a breath inlayser and he scored a 5.25 because the main ingrediant in mouthwash in alcohol
