I'm mainly on tumblr, same username, but I decided to make this account to showcase my fanfics.

About Marea Montante: This fic is mainly set in/around Italy in the 1800s, somewhere south of Naples. It's loosely based on The Little Mermaid (the movie, not the story by Andersen) so you'll be seeing similarities here and there, but it's also a story of my own creation. And I'm just a simple American who's only been to Italy once, so if you see ANY historical/cultural inaccuracies in my fanfic, PLEASE tell me because I'm really trying to be accurate! Or at least as accurate as I can get with mermaids and magic stuff.
