Henna Moon Fanfic Profile

Greetings, fellow earthlings.

I now go by Henna Moon (feel free to call me just Henna or Hen, as in the Japanese pejorative~), although I used to go by another name. I've pretty much retired that account, as I haven't updated it in ~4 years. I'm a late-high school lady who's attempting to get into the OL writing world, so I'll probably not have too many fics up on here until... sometime next year.

In RL projects, I'm currently working on a culture-building project that requires a bunch of myths written for it, a sci-fi novelette I'm going to attempt to get published in Analog(wish me luck!), a sci-fantasy/alternate history novel I have a first draft of, and am angsting over the second draft, and a very sci-fi novel series that's in the works. Sadly, I don't have as much time for fanfic as I'd like to have... it is and was my first love.

I'm kind of being a coward with starting a new account, but I want to start with a clean slate... I plan on writing some erotica, and frankly, I think I'd shock the people I know IRL. I'll be notifying anybody who has me on their watchlists I don't know from real life that I've moved. I'd like to be a little more comfortable with my writing before I let them know about this...

I'm mostly active in anime fandoms, currently, although I'm a die-hard Trekkie, but I try and find fanfiction for just about any fictional work that I come across. I'll provide a fandom list at the bottom of this... I wonder how much formatting this will allow me to do...

I'll be available for beta-reading in about 10 months to a year, but be forewarned, I'm a tough editor. (I'm a much better editor than I am a writer ;))

IRL, I'm kind of a bouncy girl and nowhere near as creepy as some of my stories may suggest. I seem to have a dark mind... sometimes I scare myself.
