Random Rant Area!

Here I'm just writing about what I feel (What I hate) about some stuff I think about. Enjoy wasting your time on this.

The Police

I know they're supposed to protect us from those crazy psychos out there (Believe me, there are many) but I just hate it when cops break the laws themselves. Hippocrites! One time my mom was driving and a cop went around her, ran a stop sign, and over sped. And guess what? He did't get caught. If you want to set a good example, law enforcement, at least obey your own laws that you set for us!

'Friday' by Rebecca Black

Honestly, Rebecca. At least check your voice before you unleash it to the world. When you say Friday, at least make it sound appealing to the ear. I also happen to hear that your parents paid for the muic video. It's also good that they paid for an autotuner. I also heard that they took deown the music video. Maybe her family finally realized they're done being embarrassed.

Fanfiction Writers

Please, please, PLEASE, check your spellling/grammar. I just hate having to find spelling errors. Doesn't anyone else? And also, if you don't brush up on your facts, unless it's an AU story. Even for my stories, I check up on my facts. (I treat my PJO series like the freaking bible, it's creepy.) And songfics. I hate when lyrics are in stories, if they're not singing it in a full sequence. And then for certain repeated lyrics you just put the same writing... Just... gods. And the characters say the song lines! It's sooooo annoying.

Cheesy Stories

I seriously love a good cheese (definition: sweet little love stories) once in a while, so I read some sometimes. But it really pisses me off when you put too much cheese into one. (But of course, one can't get enough real cheese.) Just because the over cheesing of one story doesn't mean it's not good cheese, but sometimes *cough* all the time *cough* they put the characters out of their character. For example, Fabian is overly nerdy, shy, and somehow brave. Why would he just suddenly come onto Nina? A person like that would most likely be looking at the person they like from afar, or be friends with the person they like. Trust me, I'm one of those kind of people.

This may be new news to some, but I recently got a FictionPress profile. for those of you who don' know what that is, it's FF.net's sister site, where you can post original work.

My reason [SUPER LAME EXCUSE]: Well, I totally know what's going to happen [If you know what I'm actually talking about] but I haven't gone to actually type it up. You know when you imagine things up, like perfect scenarios to what happens in life, or whatever? That's what I do. House of Demigods is totally gonna continue, and so will Summer in California but by my slow ass pace. I hope that's cool with you guys.

Does anyone ever listen to a song, and it reminds you of a certain pairing/FF story? For me, The Saltwater Room by Owl City always remind me of Percy and Annabeth. In fact, almost all of Owl City songs remind of PJO. Maybe it's just me. Or my obsession. Whatever.

And also, I want to be a beta reader. Still not sure what it is completely, though, but I'll be more than happy to beta your story for you. Just PM me and what story you're doing. Preferably PJO, Maximum Ride, HoA, if you get that. And I might want a beta for House of Demigods: Revised. Not sure yet, but if you want to, you can PM me or something.

For ones that read Summer in Cali, for now its being postponed. I want to finish House of Demigods first.
