Tris Prior is the popular girl. She plays softball and is the head cheerleader. She's gone through a lot: being attacked, her father assaulting her, and her parents divorcing. She thinks she's fine until the new boy, Four, enlightens her. He likes her, but she doesn't like him. (More or less)
