Author has written 3 stories for Song of the Lioness, Harry Potter, and Stargate: SG-1. If you are reading this, I have NO idea why, but I'm not going to stop you. My name is Savanah and I live in New England. I've lived here for nearly a year (a year on Feb. 25) and still really want to go back to Nevada. And if you can't tell, I'm not exactly old enough to have any say in when I move. (freshman in highschool) Anyway...I rule the Flying Gray Space Monkeys! Bow down to the Almighty Twistie Tie:)) (please don't ask. The Flying Gray Space Monkeys don't like it when people question their ~ahem~ god, and so I have yet to inquire of him...) Hmmm... I like a ton of music. If it's not hip hop, Elvis, or metal, chances are I'll listen to it. Fave quotes: "Oh, those are apples. I thought they were rubber duckies." -April (the bestestest friend in the world) "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."-Benjamin Franklin "The truth is, however, something so perfect would be so greatly flawed and in turn would not be perfect, but perhaps even be a nightmare." (in an argument as to why there's no such thing as a perfect world.)-me "I'm much too bored to do homework!"-Faun AND...From "Children of the Gods" It took us 15 years and 3 superconductors to MacGyver a system for the gate on Earth. -Sam And then... I have been watching Stargate SG1 for less than a year, but I'm pretty up to date with it, or so I like to think (It helps that they play it everyday, five episodes on Monday and three on Friday.) I am a huge Sam/Jack shipper, but then, who isn't? (Please don't answer that because I know that there are those out there who aren't.) I have a story that I'm almost done writing (set in season 5) and will eventually post it, but I'm not sure when. I can honestly say that I'm completely up to date with Stargate Atlantis, but that kind of easy, as it's not difficult to recall every episode they've played- in order. Fave pairing here Teyla/Sheppard (Weir and Sheppard together just seems so not right to me.) Other shows I like: JAG, MASH, Numb3rs ummmm... the occasional episode of McGyver, ah, not much else, but that's actually already way too much tv right there, so... Fave authors: JK Rowling (go figure) Tamora Pierce (I prefer Tortall to Emelan in general, but my favorite series so far is the Circle Opens quartet.) D.J. MacHale (Pendragon series) Eoin Colfer (Artemis Fowl mostly, thoughThe Wish List is pretty good too.) And then I'm sure there are more that I just can't think of at the moment. I am currently in the process of writing a story called 'Kidnapped'.(Protector of the Small) It's about... wait- go read the summary if you really want to know. Updates won't be the quickest, but I have not abandon my story. Hopefully at least an update a month. I know it's not a lot, but it's more than I've done in the past. I''ve posted chapter six! Now onto chapter seven. The plot is REALLY overused, but I've got a couple of twists that I'm going to add to it. I am going to get back to it, just no promises as to how soon. And I'm seriously considering discontinuing it. New note. DISCONTINUED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. IF YOUR REALLY WANT ME TO KEEP GOING, EMAIL ME AND SAY SO. I am also writing a fic with my absolute best friend in the world, April, a.k.a. Fred. It is entitled 'Everything But the Kitchen Sink'. It is a parody, characters are EXTREMELY ooc, so be warned. Okay, status for this story. We're actually almost finished writing it, and as soon as we are, there will be frequent updates until I'm done posting it. (Only 3 or 4 more chapters I think.) And then there's I haven't done that this year. Haven't updated 'cuz I'm lazy and have too much to do, not because of writer's block. I've got it all planned out, I just need to finish posting it. From now on, if it has multiple chapters, at least the majority of them will be typed up before I post, to ensure regular updates. Latin is a sparkly language! If you really want to know, email me and I'll explain.) Just something to ponder... Have you noticed how cliche it has become to hate cliches? Now, go. Do something more productive with your time than reading my bio. Off with you now, or may you be turned into a piece of celery, and chopped into little pieces to be put in the blue jello! (You probably don't wanna know about the celery, but FYI, I stole it from Miranda. It's all her fault.) |
