I look like a casual college student with a sling of books and a fascination with the unique. Appearance wise, I'm a tall girl with wavy reddish/brunette hair that never does what I want it to do. (that is me in the icon... purposefully blurred) I am double majoring in Foreign Relations and General Studies. My classes are great, and I especially love my political science classes! What can I say, I think it's my calling... all that misfit about politics and philosophy. As far as anime goes, I really don't get into it much anymore; it was more of a highschool phase for me, I suppose. That said, however, the characters from the shows I used to adore still run around my head sometimes, inspiring creativity in me. Those muses are the only thing that keeps me writing fanfiction! I guess if you want to know anything else, ask me. I don't bite. Often.

And yes, I do have a mediaminer account, but as of last week I am officially locked out of it. You see, I changed my email, and my old one was terminated, and since I don't know my password, I can't have it sent to me through email! Sucks. I'll be working on that, though... maybe I can figure out how to hack into my own account. :/

MY PROGRESS:

Trapped In Between: Being completely redone. It was bad. Not just the idea, but the writing and the dialogue.. and just everything. The first four chapters will be re-posted at some point... (8-23-05) Edit: I have finished editing chapters one and two, but I have no idea what to do with three and four. I may post these two and leave the others hanging for a bit. Forbidden Love: I forgot about this one for some reason. I recently updated it, and I will be posting the next chapter fairly soon as well. Too Cute Cupid: I probably should have never posted this one, since I never intended to finish it. I had originally drafted it for a friend as an idea pitch, and she convinced me to post it. Even though it got fairly good response, I never really had an idea of where it was going. Maybe if there's more of a demand for it, I'll pick it back up and think about restarting it, but otherwise... sorry, guys. (2-6-08) :Hiatus:

:#Note#: As of 2008, I don't have the time or the inspiration in my old fanfiction projects anymore. Because of some emails from readers, however, I will be continuing and completing FL and CM. So, unless there are any fans still out there who want to read my other projects (TIB, RP, PN, or TCC), I will be dropping them completely, or at least put them on a status of serious hiatus. If you are a reader, and you are reading this message, and are pouting at the screen because one of the works you liked is being discontinued, TELL ME! If you want me to continue something, I want to know! Please, please email or message me. All it takes is "I really liked your fanfiction, and was wondering if you might continue it." Okay, LOTS of updates today for you guys. I know I've been dead forever, but I'm really getting caught up in early admissions for college and all of that, so don't expect much until end of November. I'll post maybe three chapters randomly until then, and after that I can get on a fairly basic schedule. And don't feel that you can't email and bug me or anything; I actually enjoy the reminders to update, and it gets me working faster, believe it or not. Anyway, you can check the MY PROGRESS section for all of the updates. I believe I reposted about seven chapters and added three or four new ones. Enjoy the new chapters! XD

I've been getting a bunch of random reviews... and its inspired me to pull up all of those old documents and close things off for you guys. I'll be sure to post the next chapters of Forbidden and Corrupted VERY soon.

1-30-08:

So, its been two years, has it:dusts off page: I'm back! Don't know for how long, though. I've been making some changes to Forbidden to Love and Corrupted Thought, and it looks like those are going to be the only two stories that I hope to complete, or at least continue. I've revised FL for the most part, and rewritten pretty much all of Kagome's backstory (or at least anything described or hinted at in the first six chapters), and it should go up soon. They've been written for a very long time, I just never got around to posting them. I know.. flog me. Hopefully I'll be updating regularly at some point, but we'll see.

2-6-08:

Heeeey everyone (that's still left...)! An update for you guys, just so you know I'm still keeping to my promise. I've been editing and revising FL for the past few days, and I've finally finished my plot outline, so it'll make it easier for me to punch out chapters on a regular basis. Chapters one and two are finished with their revisions, but I'm still plowing through three, four, five, and finishing up on six. It should go faster now, since the first two chapters were the most difficult for me to fix. Changing the plot changed a lot of dialogue, order, and division of the initial chapters, so it took me a while to figure out how much I wanted to keep, where I wanted it to go, and how much new material I wanted to introduce. That said, I won't be able to do much this weekend, since I have my first major test in Japanese and International Law tomorrow, and some birthdays to make appearances at. My only time to write will be tomorrow night and Sunday, so if I can't get anything posted by Sunday, it should be up Monday. The reason it's taking so long is because I want to post all of the new chapters up at once, rather than one at a time, because I don't want to confuse anyone with discontinuity. Feel free to email or message me with any questions, or if you just want to badger me about updating. Some authors hate it, but without you guys bugging me, I'd never get anything done!
