Hello, Brenna and Andrea of the separate_sisters here! We love to write stories for all of you to read. We prefer Harry Potter, and as we get more into writing these stories, we will probably expand our scope (maybe... but not makin' any promises).

We are a pair of friends from college who only met recently. However, as our screenname suggests, we are like sisters who were born to different families. It is a little strange at times, when one of us is thinking something and the other gets it out first, but that is part of our charm.

Our stories 'Sisters Separated by House' features characters based on our own personalities along with the main cast (we love the Weasleys... well, Brenna does, and she's pretty darn stubborn about getting them in wherever she can...-- Andrea). We fully collaborate on that story, and we even came up with our own spells (I came up with them, and they are the product of years of Latin classes -- Brenna). It will probably be a long story, but we love it!

Our other collaborative story is 'Two of A Kind: A Draco Malfoy Romance'. We paired Draco Malfoy with an original character who's quite a bit like him -- only female! Persiopeia Black (Pia for short, and don't call her Persy!), a distant relative of Sirius Black, is just as preblooded as Draco, and just as stubborn and antagonistic towards the golden trio and Ginny Weasley. Check the story out, but only if you like mature reading... this is not for the faint of heart.

9/15/06:

Brenna here. I just put up a new story, featuring Hermione and Draco. Why is it not under my lady_kyo name? Because those readers would probably flame me to kingdom come and back a few times before I could apologize! Seriously, though, the separate_sisters are back in action, and there will be more on 'Sisters Separated by House' and 'Two of a Kind' soon. We just have to work out some kinks and do the whole collaboration thing. We are busy college students, after all.

9/29/06:

Brenna again. I'll probably be taking care of most of the stuff here while Andi does stuff at Quizilla. New chapters are up of 'Two of A Kind'. Here's hoping I don't get flamed. Trust me, I have a reason for the ways the stories go, and you'll just have to have faith that you'll like them!
