So what can I say about myself?

I liked to write since I remember myself, though….never in English, and never for anyone but myself.

What changed, you ask?

In my old age I finally discovered, through my teenage daughter no less, the world of funfinction, were you can let your imagination run wild even if you are not fully confident with what you write, because…it's just for fun!

Then Hawaii five-0 came along. Or more accurately, I finally discovered it too. This show didn't make much noise in my country for some unknown reason. 6 seasons of it been sitting in my VOD ignored, and one desperately boring sick day, I decided to watch it and fell in love. The bromance got to me. The loveable characters. And I wanted more.

I still had to jump over the English hurdle, because writing Danny-rants in Hebrew…it's just wrong. But when my good friend Yul found out that I actually wrote something, (I got her hooked on McDanno also), she insisted on reading it, then encouraged me to write more and promised me she would make sure I won't embarrass myself. To tell the truth, we almost failed in this several times (I think we still might), but it only meant we got to laugh.

So I found myself with more than few thoughts and ideas written down and as of now (Oct 17) two of them clawed their way up to become a story.

Though Yul and I are having fun doing this, I also found this community to be awesome and supporting, which serves as fuel, and I do believe more stories would be written.
