I am a 22 year old female university student, majoring in English: Creative Writing, Literature, and French. I'm living in SoCal, after completing a year in France so that I may étudier la langue Française.

I am currently working on several stories, listed below, as well as revising several completed works. I am contemplating the idea of self-publishing Rosaline and a body of poetry. If this does actually happen, I'll post it on here so y'all can be the first to know!

Works in Progress:

Harry Potter and the Mysterious Island: COMING...EVENTUALLY. A delightfully gay (as in HAPPY) romp of a Harry Potter fic. I am co-writing this with my best friend, so its taking awhile to put it all together. If you're one of those die-hard HP fans that HATE satires and farces, then this won't be for you. It's going to be the ultimate HP farce complete with musical numbers. And no cliche will be left behind.

COMPLETED WORKS:

Rosaline--Complete as of June 16, 2007. UNDER EXTENSIVE REVISION. It is my version of the Cinderella story. A princess is forced to marry within eight months, or lose her right to be Queen. She struggles to find the strength within herself to do what is necessary as she encounters an unlikely love.

ABANDONED WORKS:

The Faithful: It is based on Romeo & Juliet by William Shakespeare. It is a futuristic setting, in a fictional world much like our own. There are two political factions vying for power. Dominic is the son of the man in power, and Oksana is the foremost assassin for those fighting for liberty. This will be a tragedy. Even though the setting/characters/etc. are my own, the storyline will bear resemblance to Shakespeare's work, and I see no reason to cheapen Shakespeare with a happy ending.
