The funeral for the Red King is about to end and Munakata Reisi, the Blue King, hasn't visited even once. And so, his Lieutenant, Seri Awashima, on behalf of HOMRA, asks him to create an elegy dedicated to Suoh Mikoto, to be read on the last day of the funeral. With Mikoto Suoh dead, and the possibility of other Clan's rising for power - there is little to no hope left. However, did HOMRA truly lose their powers? Was it temporary? With new realization, they must now figure out where they would go from there on out.

He plans to be able to have a drink or two and hopefully drown his sorrows, but things don't quite go as planned when Izumo gives him an old letter that a certain someone left for him.
