One-Shot. What happened in between the hospital wing and Dumbledore's funeral that led to Tonks and Lupin finally getting together? Here's what I thought happened...

Remus returns to Tonks, and Remus and Andromeda have a conversation.

Tonks hadn't even realized that it was a full moon that night, not until the morning when Sirius stumbled down stairs having spent the night with his werewolf best friend. It probably wouldn't have had that much affect on her life, except she volunteered to help patch Remus up and ended up leaning more about the man than she bargained for.

Baby Teddy is restless on a clear, starry night. Remus, unable to sleep either, takes his son out for some fresh air. In an attempt to help him fall asleep, Remus tells him a story about the things he's learned about life since meeting Tonks. A tender father/son moment. {Written for Liza.}

"You know that I would rather expose myself to you than to Molly Weasley, don't you? I am so so so very sorry, I really am Dora. In the moments following the scene just after the battle in HBP, what change takes place between Lupin and Tonks? Whatever the decision making process was, it had to contain some heartache, intense honesty, and, naturally, some good old fashioned fluff.

Snogging in Grimmauld's peace? Why on earth could anybody do that? Fred and George have invented something new, Sirius is bored. As for Tonks, she's on duty on Christmas Eve, and Remus is particularly grumpy to have his book hidden by Kreacher. After her experience aboard "Prometheus" Sam decides to finally get a life but is shocked when Janet tells her she's pregnant, which is simply impossible. Fearing the child isn't human she and SG-1 try to find answers but the truth is something they are completely unprepared for.

Remus knows quite well that Tonks isn't an easy one to drag out of bed in the morning. Luckily, he's up for the challenge. Though perhaps he bit off more than he could chew once she places a shocking revelation before him, one that is destined to turn their world upside-down.

Another Halloween comes and Remus mourns the deaths of his friends in solitude. Until, that is, he is found by Tonks. Their vicious cycle of loving and leaving continues. Perhaps it will never end.

Tonks wakes up to find that beside her, the bed is cold. Remus usually is there. It is one in the morning. What on earth could he be up to? Eated T because I'll let you make your own assumptions about what goes on in the bedroom.

In the morning before the Battle of the Astronomy Tower, Remus and Tonks share a special moment that makes him change his mind about loving her. Terrible title, I suck at that, but still try to read the story
