Tyrants are those that rule through Violence. Matriarchs are those that rule through nothing but influence and dropped hints. Both can hold power over the many, but only one will live long enough to truly enjoy it. A Galaxy far, far away has had a lot of Tyrants, it has withstood them all, now it has to deal with the attention of Matriarchs. Nothing will prepare them for this.
