Author has written 8 stories for Haunting in Connecticut, Walking Dead, Harry Potter, Twilight, and Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. We were born on the bottom of the ocean. I lick your neck and still taste the algae. We rise from bed and the sheets are white with salt. We laugh too much, even when we’re tragic. We keep limestone in our pockets. We remind each other of old chants we wrecked ships to. We grow bored of human desires. We are made of something older and sharper. We are electricity and myth. We’re not carbon. Let them perish, I say. Let them crash against our dark rock elbows. You smile and your teeth are the same color as sand. - calpurnia Heyyo, my name's Bri, I write for fun and also because I have this unlucky habit of joining dead fandoms so no one else is there to write for me. Soooo, a little bit about me... All of my passwords at one point in time had been Jonah Aickman because I once had this rooted furious obsession for him, and even his name sent me spiralling. So yeah, that happened in like 2015, still trying to pick up the pieces like three years later. I bought this aesthetic journal at an overpriced decorative store on the square of my tiny little town in Iowa because I wanted to be angsty and write my stories in them like in the 'olden' days. And then ten minutes later I went to a thrift store on the same street and forked over five dollars to buy crutches and a boot to prank my family. (It worked. Surprisingly?) But also I tried on prom dresses in the bathroom because there wasn't a changing room and they were all five dollars and smelt like lavender candles you can buy at dollar general for twenty five cents. (Please ask me about Richard the 3rd! Or George Pollard!) I am a junior in high school, I've been writing since like sixth grade. Not all of it quality content, I will say. But I've been writing that long none the less. I play the French Horn in concert band, mellophone (barf) in marching band. I am kind of a cheer leader, kind of got the lead in the play, kind of double-qualified for all-state last year for speech. kind of famous. kind of not really because everyone thinks i am a loser. also i don't know why i stopped capitalizing. anyways byeeeeee! |
