Writing is part of my life since I know how to use a pencil. Sometimes storys just swirl through my head and don't leave me alone until I write them down. I used to do this in my own language, I wrote lots of short storys and have some larger projects on the way. Sadly I don't have that much time to write and sometimes not the patience to sit down for a longer periode. There are so much storys to tell and so little time to do so!

As I tried to write a story of Sea Patrol, I discovered that I couldn't do that in my language. It just didn't fit to the characters. So here are my first attempts in english (my good old english teacher back in high school would be surprised and not too happy I guess, he always adviced me to better stick to natural sciences - I kind of followed his advice. But not exclusivly:-)).

As I really value spelling and grammar in my own language, I try hard to do it correct in others as well. But to all native speakers out there: sorry if it doesn't work out everytime. Just correct me if you like to.

As I was asked: I do not own Sea Patrol, nor any of the characters involved, except the original characters I have created. I do not gain any profit from the writing, I'm just playing in someone elses universe for the fun of it (which is what is behind fanfiction, isn't it?!) .

Thanks for all the reviews. It was one hell of a ride and I really appreciated you stayed with me for so long. Sorry it took me so long to finish the story! But if you could see the two most wonderful little reasons that kept me away from writing you would understand :-)
