![]() Author has written 7 stories for Newsies, Robin Hood BBC, Torchwood, Gypsy, Harry Potter, Avengers, and Mako Mermaids. Fanfiction began as a way for me to let the creativity flow. It was my way of letting the stories that were crowding my brain attic out so that I could make room for new ones. For as long as I can remember, I loved to write stories. I was bit by the fantasy bug at a very young age and now, it has grown into something so much bigger. My hobby is Fandom! I love to celebrate everything fandom and I believe FanFiction gives people a place to celebrate in that. If you are struggling with the creative process or your Muse has left you, I suggest googling Story Matters Podcast. It's a podcast about the creative process. It is produced and directed by Curt Mega (Glee, Buffering, Spies are Forever). He does a phenomenal job of celebrating the creative process and I found solace in that sometimes it's hard to get that creative process going. So, if you are missing your muse, go check it out and give it a listen. You seriously won't regret it. My Personal Writing Standards: Write what you want! Celebrate your fandom the way you do! My personal opinion is to celebrate others' writing because they worked very hard to create that story and it's hard to put yourself out there. Please do not leave nasty reviews. If you have an issue with any of my work, please PM me and I would be happy to discuss it with you. -Rose What A Fine Life: Completed! Seeing from a Distance: Completed! Redemption: ON HIATUS. Maybe one day I'll come back to this! -I am working on a couple ideas right now. I have one story in the works, but I want to get further along in the story before I post anything. So keep your eye out for Kestrel. I'm also working on a musical fanfiction, so we will see how that goes. There's also a Time Traveling series about historians going back to World War II that doesn't have a category on here and I've got an idea running around in my brain for that story. I might just post it under miscellaneous. Right now, personally I'm trying to finish graduate school. Writing a thesis while having stories running amok in your brain is not very easy, because stories always win. |
