The name's Anna, but you can also refer to my username (SquiggleSmurf). I'm a 23 year old female writer is sometimes in denial of being an adult.

I'm an optimist, Whovian, Wayward Daughter, Sherlocked, Hoot Owl, Brony, video game and anime nerd, and theatre lover. My hobbies include reading, writing, surfing the web (particularly messing on Tumblr), playing/listening to music, running, swimming, playing video games, and sewing.

As for my stories, expect humor. I love comedy and laughter makes the world go round. Generally, I find it easier to write, and I think I'm pretty good at it. However, I will write a serious story, should I feel inspired. Maybe I'll try a serious romance, if I really want to break the borders. Maybe... But in general, expect humor.

Now to introduce my muses.

Alfador: He's the purple cat from Chrono Trigger. Although not an important character, I took an unusual interest him and stole him as my muse. Oddly enough, he can talk now and knows dark magic. He's here to try to keep me under control and watch over me. He can be mean and annoyed at me, but I love him nonetheless.

Nono: A moogle from Final Fantasy XII who worked as an engineer on Balthier's ship. He's a sweet, cute little moogle who likes to giggle a lot and have fun. However, don't be fooled by his appearance: he's quite fearsome. He wields a lightsaber and can lower your self-esteem enough to make you explode. He's also into studying various other magics. After deciding how awesome he was, I took him in to be my second muse to serve as a medium between me and Alfador.

However, Alfador here doesn't seem to be too thrilled with Nono.

Alfador: I was suppose to be your only muse! And now, I have to watch over two crazy creatures!

Nono: Kupo! You seem cranky. I think you need a hug, kupo.

Alfador: Get away from me before I cast Dark Matter!

Jeez, maybe it wasn't such a good idea to get a second muse... Still, I went ahead and got a third.

Cactuar: A cactuar from the Final Fantasy series. An odd little guy. He doesn't talk, only thinks. He's quite an active, always running around. What makes him different from others cactuar is that instead of three yellow prickles on his head, he has three gray prickles. His appearances are infrequent, but I find him to be quite cute. Has no name; he's just the Cactuar.

(Do people even use muses nowadays? There were pretty popular 10 years on this site. A lot of time has passed... Well, I still want to use them :P)

7/8/14: Well, I'm back, after a hiatus. Unfortunately, I'm not sure when I'll really be able to get back into writing my uncomplete fanfics. I'm trying to focus on my own writing career, since I have my own novel ideas I want to publish. Therefore, I need to concentrate more on that and less on fanfiction. However, I will not say that I'm abandoning them. There may be a day when I find the time to actually finish them. Plus, I still might want to do one-shots now and again. So no. I'm not leaving Fanfiction permanently. I'll still be here, from time to time.
