A group of scientists who have had a little to drink get the not–so–brilliant idea of attempting to create 'Pokémorphs' as described in so many book series, but when they succeed and the news gets out, they are forced to raise the morphs themselves.

After many years of being on Earth, Zim has found the one human that he really appreciates and respects more than any other; Dib's terrifying little sister Gaz. They have an inseparable bond and would never leave the other behind, and work together to conquer Earth once and for all. Will they succeed and live a happy life together? Or will things go terribly wrong? Now complete!

They come from all walks of life, the big and the small, the weak and the powerful. Often the only thing they share is the mark they bear and the interest of the Outsider.

It's obvious Isaac doesn't have the most stable upbringing. But is it the shattered personality of a boy with a tragic past that's been causing these outlashes? Or something...darker at work?
