Hello and welcome to my profile.

I'd not put anything here when I initially created an account a year ago but figured that since I started posting a story I might just put something up here for those interested enough in me they bothered to look. So, this is all for you! I know, I know. My kind benevolence astounds you and you don't have the words to express your gratitude for my condescension.

Hmmm, that sentence came out a bit more Mister Collins or Catherine de Burg than I intended but it gave me a chuckle to write so I hope it did for you as well.

As some of you can probably note from my reference above, I'm a huge Jane Austen fan and enjoy reading lots of stories here based off of her novels. But, and it's a huge one that I like and cannot lie, I'm obsessed with most anything and everything to do with the below Manga's:

Fairy Tail - it's finally ended and I for one am glad Mashima didn't make Natsu and Lucy canon. I don't hate the pairing but I love Lucy with Bixlow, Freed or Laxus 10 times better!

Inuyasha - Completed years ago but 500 years in the past! That leaves ample time for more stories to continue the story, or do a re-write since a 15 year old girl fell in love with half demon in the past and her family was ok with her going back to him as long as she finished high school.

Yu Yu Hakusho - Found this one recently through here from a crossover story involving Kagome. Still reading the manga but I've already got a soft spot for Hiei.

Bleach - Are you all starting to see a trend now? I am. Not a huge fan of Orihime or Rukia, they make my butt twitch and not in a good way, but Byakuya and the other Gotem 13 are well worth it, including their lieutenants.

Ouran High School Host Club - How can you not love a socially awkward, hard working, smart and sarcastic woman that cross-dresses just because? You just do.

Fruits Basket - I loved the idea that there's a handful of people not able to "hug" the opposite gender without turning into one of the Chinese Zodiac. Makes a fertile breeding ground for hilarious situations.

Those are the top works for now. I have started reading a few other Manga's but KM Shea's novels have kind of taken over my non-fanfiction reading time so who knows where I'll go next! If you like fairy tales I'd suggest checking her out. She's brilliant with rewriting those stories and making them her own. Anyone who turns Beauty and the Beast's bookworm Bell into a top spy has my full support. She also has a series where King Arthur is a modern woman pulled back through time by Merlin, silly wizard that he is.

Enough marketing for me so moving on. If you found stories or writer's that you think I'd like PM me. My day job, while fulfilling and making appropriate use of my degree, leaves my craving for magic, the ridiculous and absurd wanting. Please help!

While I'm not sure if I will continue to write and post stories here I felt compelled to let you all know that the things I write don't necessarily reflect my beliefs but of those of either the author I am paying tribute to or the characters they created. I try to be respectful of others in whatever I do and I hope you all see that and show the same respect for me as well as the other people who use this community.
