![]() Author has written 10 stories for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. Why hello there, my penname is topersnake. Other facts about me: Currently I am an fanfic writter for the Ace Attorney series. Another fact about me, is my I am currently studying for a degree in electrical engineering. It seems very strange how a engineer is writing stories. Age: I'm not giving that away. Gotta keep some sense of privacy. My style of story can be anything. From the depressing, to a comedy that might make you bust your gut. Just always be prepared, because like a snake my stories have a bite to them at times. My policy about reviews: Reviews are always great to receive. I'm not just talking about the good ones, but the constructive ones as well. If I don't get any feedback I kind of wonder what I did wrong. What do I do in my free time other than writing?: These activities can vary from reading a manga, playing video games, to watching some anime or maybe chill with some friends. What is my favorite story I've written so far?: In terms of multi-chapter stories, "The Miracle." It was a tale that gave a dreary backdrop to the usual humor fanfictions out there. It was also my first piece of work as well. I don't know why, but making a world where things look terrible is like a refreshing winter breeze. Answering the question in terms of one-shots, I believe my favorite so far is "TEA!" I felt like it portrayed a rather interesting situation. Some of my favorite Video Games: Legend of Zelda: (Series) Favorite game though is Majora's Mask for it's mature themes about the 5 stages of grief for a rated E game. Okami: It takes Japanese mythology and makes it funny and fun. My favorite joke is when Kasugami gets drunk and fails at Matrix style dodging. Ace Attorney: Seriously do you even have to ask? I write about it. Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Gotta be Sonic, he's so fast in brawl. Then my backups are Link, Ike, Wolf, and Snake. Team Fortress 2: A punch to the gut of many first player shooters. Also it is a realistic hat simulator. Besides, the spy is a spy! Here is a list of my favorite anime series in no particular order. Code Geass (Three words, ALL HAIL LELOUCH!) A rather different show with an anti-hero as the main protagonist. I recommend it to anyone and I mean anyone who can at least handle anime in general. Hellsing (This could also be called, "When you give a vampire a gun.") A break from the unfortunate stereotype of vampires from... *cough* twilight *cough* Recommended for those who can stand ridiculous action scenes and very mature violence. Shingeki no Kyojin/ Attack on Titan (Strap two grappling hooks to your waist along with a bunch of swords. Kill Titans, my kind of anime.) An action anime that is still in serialization in the manga. Recommended for a those who like to feel terrible with action scenes. Mirai Nikki (I would want to be a diary holder, except Yuno is playing.) This is a show that is insane at times. If you don't mind mature violence and mind rape (your own mind) this is one wacky piece of work. Neon Genesis Evangelon (It's a classic) What are you doing if you haven't seen it! At least see it once! Higurashi (An excellent blend of mystery, slice of life, and Horror.) A mystery is underneath the entire story. First season asks the questions; second season answers the questions. If you can handle the horror then go ahead and watch it, you will enjoy yourself. Cowboy Bebop (It's also a classic, but also brought anime to be more recognized in the west.) A bunch of self-contained episodes are prevalent throughout. It's just something you have to watch. There are a few mature themes, but the violence is not too mature due to the presence of normal guns. Baccano! (Wild story that makes no sense at first and comes together at the end.) The scene changes at first seem jarring, but once you watch the entire work it makes sense. Warning: Contains high violence. If you want something like this without the high amounts of blood try Durarara. Inspiring writing music: (Most of it is openings to anime. I watch too much of it.) For epicness: Guren no Yumiya AOT OP1 For a creepy mood: Another OP, or The OP to the first season of Higurashi Something on the romance side: Crossing Fields from SAO OP 1 Something more mellow: Hellsing OP Something Jazzy: Tank! from Cowboy bebop OP On the disturbing side: Mirai Nikki OP 1 Fight music: Molgera Battle from LoZ WW If I could place any song as a cornered theme I would use: Knightmare from Code Geass Then It could be called it Pursuit Cornered (Surrounded) That's a lot to digest so I'll stop there with all the info about me. |
