A sequel to 'Not Your Mistake'. I recommend you read that first (Come on! It ain't so bad!). After some coaxing from Castle, Beckett agrees to spend her time off due to the shooting, vacationing with him. The story takes us to Jim Beckett's cabin where Castle and Beckett decide to spend the next month peacefully(Or not!) with each other.

Set after the hotel scene in 3x22 To Love and Die in LA. This is my take on what could have happened after Beckett returned to her bedroom wanting and alone and the fallout caused by their actions that night.

Young Kate Beckett had looked for a night to forget only to find it turned into one she would remember for the rest of her life. AU

"Ca-Castle! You two slept together?" Ryan practically screamed in shock. Everybody around them turned around and looked at them. "Great. Thank you Ryan," Kate groaned and went back to Lanie. Castle wanted to follow her, but Esposito grabbed his arm. - What will happen when everybody starts finding out about them?

This is a Sequel events in the Story are contained in Out From the Wilderness. Caroline Bracken The Granddaughter of the late Senator Bracken having been rescued by Jackson Hunt is now the foster Daughter of Rick and Kate. With her comes all sorts of interesting adventures.
