Detective Emma Swan is one of Boston Homicide's finest. Killian Jones is head of the FBI team who swoops in to take jurisdiction when multiple homicides sharing similarities with her current case pop up out of state. But they'll have to learn to work together to lure out their killer when they're required to go undercover. As a married couple. CS Cops/Undercover/Fake Marriage AU.

This is a story that developed from a slightly disturbed idea of what might have happened if a cursed Emma was given false memories by the Black Fairy as part of the Final Battle at the end of S6 that turned Emma against Killian in an absolutely gut-wrenching way. This is 100 percent a whump story, but I tried to make it a little bit canon-divergent, keeping Fiona as the villain.

This is a tale that will open with a mystery - one that will play out both in the present and in flashbacks. Taking place almost entirely outside of Storybrooke, I wanted to create an environment that would have Emma relying on her instincts rather than her magic to figure out what happened to her husband and why.

Set right after season 2, and the original idea was written pre-season 3. So this is completely AU. The Jolly Roger crew arrives in Neverland to rescue Henry, but during the journey much about Captain Hook's past comes to light. Mostly Captain Swan.

Captain Swan AU. Cora lets the curse take Killian, and her action changes the course of events in Storybrooke, forever changing their lives. However, the Snow Queen won't allow Killian to get in the way of her plans for the Savior, so she teaches Emma and her pirate a lesson as she tried to do with Elsa. Set at the end of Rocky Road.

However, he has struggled to prove to Emma and the others that he's more, having become hurt by their harsh accusations. Unfortunately, Pan appears again and Hook's life is soon put in danger.

This was intended to be a short one-shot that I wrote as an answer to the question as to whether David still felt indebted to Killian for saving his life in Neverland. Timeline-wise it would fit in post 5B. Does contain some description of character injuries.

The entire crew was gathered on the main deck, utterly silent as bloodthirsty eyes were trained on his trembling form. The Captain stood on the quarterdeck, arms crossed over his chest as he leaned against the wheel, a slight smile playing at the edge of his mouth. A darker version of events from the season 4 finale, with expanded scenes, hurt!Killian and a twist. Eventual CS.

Emma's 28th birthday brings nothing but a broken washing machine and a gorgeous crackpot at the laundromat. Full cast of characters. Slow burn. CS through and through. (What if Cora didn't protect Hook from the curse, she just kept him from being taken to Storybrooke? CS breaks the curse.)

After 8 years of marriage, Killian and Emma Jones are in the middle of a very public divorce. Clueless to why Emma is ready to end their marriage, the truth is a greater hardship than Killian could ever imagine.

They met one night 8 years ago, never thinking they'd see each other again. Now she runs a small-town Barbecue joint, and he's the new owner of the local meat market. She rolls her eyes every time he throws an innuendo her way about "slipping her some sausage", but eventually... Well, you know the story. This one starts with a "Meat Cute".

One villain is finally no longer a threat thanks to Killian risking his life to right a wrong from his dark past. Unfortunately, there are consequences and Hook hides a secret from Emma in order to protect her, not wanting her to risk fulfilling Gold's plan to darken her heart on account of him. This story takes place among Poor Unfortunate Soul and Best Laid Plans, etc...

In honour of Captain Charming Friday, with a splash of Captain Cobra and heavy on the Jones Brothers feels, and because I feel guilty for goading lenfaz into painful headcanon territory (I'm sorry!). A bit of fluff to get through the weekend.

Pirate!Killian/Princess Emma AU. Captain Hook is brought before Snow and Charming, and sentenced to death. Finding herself on the verge of being married off to the son of the Dark One, Emma takes matters into her own hands...including a certain pirate in her scheme.

He'd loved her since the moment they met, and still he'd let her go. The memories of their time together haunted them like a ghost until years later they meet again.

In trying to right a wrong that he created Hook finds out quickly that not all villians are as keen as he is to put those dark days behind them. My take on what happens directly after Ursula tosses Hook over the side of the Jolly Roger in "Poor Unfortunate Soul", AU in the fact that Emma is not in full control of her magic just yet.

Determined not to "lose the break-up", Emma recruits the snarky Irishman she chases down bail jumpers with, to assist her in her somewhat ill-conceived plan to save face. Based on an AU prompt from tumblr: "This is totally awkward considering before this the only interactions we've ever had have been casual nods to each other in the hallway but there's a huge fucking spider in my bath tub and you seem like the friendly neighbor type please help me." I expect further chapters to veer into M territory, so I'm rating this as such.

A few years after the events in Neverland, a new spell has been created to finally send everybody home to the Enchanted Forest. Something goes awry, and this time it's up to Killian to break the curse.

"All magic comes with a price," seems to be the Storybrooke mantra, and Emma can't help the dread that builds inside her when she realizes that she's suddenly imbued with instantaneous healing abilities, making her practically indestructible. She knows that there must be a dark side to this newfound magical power. What she doesn't know is that someone else is paying the price.

A prequel to my CS angel/demon AU fic, Between Heaven and Hell. Every year she leaves him for forty days, and every year she comes back. It's an annual ritual Killian doesn't quite understand, but Emma has her reasons. No matter how hard their separation is on the both of them, they go through this every year.

Things are finally settling down after the events brought about by the Snow Queen. Emma's glad to be getting back to some sense of normality but that's a foreign concept in Storybrooke. All it takes is a certain pirate to come down with the flu for Emma to realize that being normal is just not in the cards for the Savior.

Or at least that was what was supposed to happen, but when Emma wakes up the next morning, she discovers that something went very wrong with the plan.

Fed up with the future her royal status holds for her, Princess Emma runs away and ends up in the port town of Tortuga. She grows up there, working as a barmaid with her friend Ruby, but a chance encounter with a charming pirate sets into motion events she never could've imagined and reminds her that she can't run from who she is forever.

My version of Emma and Hook's journey to love. Starts after Hook stabs Gold & Emma knocks him out. Hook with a concussion, Emma taking care of him and starting to care for him. Partially follows canon (but without the neal love stuff) to adventures in Neverland.

Realising you've packed the wrong shoes to go with your skirt and you have to rethink your whole outfit is bad enough. Being holed up in a hotel bathroom while you get changed into said outfit because you're suddenly sharing your room with a strange British man is a whole lot worse. After shooting Belle, Hook has been cursed by Mr. Gold. He has no memories of his life in the navy, or as a pirate. Instead he has cursed memories, much like the citizens who lived under Regina's curse. The only person aware of his plight is Smee, who has been "taken care of." Now it's up to Emma to return Hook to his former self.

In the midst of a showdown with the Wicked Witch, Hook is faced with whether or not a villain can gain a happy ending. Looking death in the face, makes him wonder if a happy ending may not be what it has always seemed. Emma, on the other hand, may not be able to accept anything less for him...

Hook is ill during a thunderstorm and Emma has to take care of him. Fluff and Captain Swan!

"Hook certainly hadn't thought that what the hallucination of his long dead brother would want to talk about would be his love life, or affections for a certain blonde. Or maybe that was what he wanted to talk about, since this was his delusion..." When struck down by the hallucinogenic effects of a toxic Oz plant, Hook encounters the last person he ever thought he'd see again.

She's gotten so used to him shadowing her steps that when she hasn't seen him for a few days, Emma has to go find out what's wrong with her pirate... (post-Neverland, no second curse one-shot)

A Captain Swan series based around Emma's pregnancy with Killian Jones' child, spanning from positive pregnancy test to birth.

One push, one mistake, and Emma found herself on the deck of Jolly Roger, only 300 years ago. And the only way for her to get back is to find her true love, which, at the moment, seems impossible. Killian Jones trusts Emma Swan. However this time she's asking for him to trust her physically with a part of him he's not sure he can, even if it's the only way to get out of this situation – even if it was her fault to begin with.

Hook is badly injured after saving Henry. The group has made it to his ship to escape Neverland and return home, but will it be too late? Captain Swan

After saving Henry the group are about to set off to find their way home from Neverland when Neal turns up alive, causing Emma to question her options. Pairings are Emma&Hook and Emma&Neal (but is overall a Captain Swan fic, although will be angsty). Rated M for future chapters.

When Hook is injured in a bout with The Lost Ones, Emma and Mary Margaret tend to his wounds and Emma begins to realize just how much a certain pirate might mean to her.

Both Emma's and Killian's dreams crumble on the same night. They find comfort in each other.

"He knew, Emma," she repeated, this time daring to place a hand on her daughter's shoulder. "But what if he didn't?" She couldn't remember ever sounding so desperate and alone, but she couldn't bring herself to care anymore. "He knew." - Hook dies in Neverland before Emma ever got the chance to tell him how she felt about him. Captain Swan oneshot written as a prompt.

Sticks and stone and broken bones…. but it's her words that hurt him. Killian is severely injured as a result of Emma abandoning him on the beanstalk. The broken bones will heal, the bruises will fade… but broken trust is the deepest wound of all.

Love is a shield, not a sword. — An attack from the Lost Ones leaves both Hook and Emma much worse for wear, and Hook presumed dead... until Emma wakes up, at least, and insists on going back for the one person who came back for her.

In Neverland. Henry is rescued and they have a way home, but Hook is injured during an ambush and Emma is forced to separate from the rest of the group to take him to safety. They spend the night hidden in a cave, tending wounds, and waiting to go home. And Fluff/Comfort/And of course Smut ensue.

Alone and without anyone who is capable of controlling magic, Emma finds herself on the Jolly Roger with a bleeding and badly injured Hook. Finding no other choice, she decides to take matters into her own hands.

[Neverland plotline] Hook gets himself stabbed and Emma plays nurse, slaps a mermaid, undresses a pirate and this is really not as funny as it sounds. (spiritual sequel to neck deep)

"It all started when Emma was thrown overboard. The panic, the pain, the guilt... the feelings." While searching for Henry in Neverland, Emma is thrown overboard the Jolly Roger and suddenly, their relationship is redefined - At least to Hook. With new resolve, he would do anything, anything he had to in order to rescue her boy.

Killian has lost the will to live. Emma walks into his life and turns everything upside down.

Killian crosses the Storybrooke Border and loses all of his memories. When he runs into Emma there is something familiar about her that he can't seem to place, but somehow he knows she is the only one who can help him remember. AU - Now Complete
