 hello! feel free to call me nano. i'm an aspiring writer who finally decided that i'd be more comfortable posting my works here rather than on wattpad (which i've been resisting to do for around 3/4 years out of self-consciousness). i have many interests but i'll only really speak for the ones that involve my writing, which is the reason i'm here. so, here's a little info about myself; - i'm agender (they/them pronouns please) - i'm an aquarius (15/2) - i'm an avid fan of space, mechas, and vampires. - i have an affixed fascination with ghosts, the 19th century, and mythology, and i also really enjoy murder-mysteries and psychological horror. - my favourite genre would probably be a mixture of action/fantasy, but a name i've used in the past for my taste in certain series as a whole has been "supernatural fantasy" (stuff like angels/demons/dystopias/apocalypses/alternate universes within our own/a mixture of different topics previously stated/you get the point) - my favourite series are d.gray-man, owari no seraph (seraph of the end), no.6, hunter x hunter, magi, and pandora hearts among many others. for the most part, i think i'm probably only going to really be writing dgm, ons, and no.6, because that's what i've been comfortable writing in the past and also without having to really reference back to anything (tbh i know each chapter like the back of my hand, plus my top three otp's are mikayuu, yullen, and nezushi so can u see why) - i prefer to type like this (in lowercase format/more casually) when speaking outside of my writing/a formal setting. when i'm placed in that setting, however, i practically become the grammar police and it's rlly bad - i've gone by many different names across the internet, (and am currently using another 4-letter alias on various social networks) but it seems when it comes to websites centered around writing i usually just use part of my username and go with that (it's usually 4 letters idk i like 4-letter names ahah) - i'm terrible at talking to other people, whether it be irl or online, and, like i said before, i'm horribly self-conscious about other people reading my writing (it's that whole; "i personally think my work is good but i'm afraid that others wouldn't agree" mindset) - my music taste is incredibly diverse and it's hard to say what i enjoy as a whole (country music sucks tho that never changes ahah). i get lots of writing ideas from the kinds of music i listen to and it greatly influences the flow of a story i'm writing and the kind of mood i want to set (it really helps me deepen the plots of stories i've already come up with/helps me come up with stories/characters altogether. lots of my favourite songs are also songs that i associate with my otp's lol)welp. that's kind of it? everything i could talk about past this point has nothing to do with writing ahah so yeah. hopefully i'll get to writing and publishing stories very soon! regardless, i'll probably edit this when i do, so until then; have a nice day! |
