![]() Author has written 3 stories for Agent Carter, and Silmarillion. Some of you may know me by my (up to now) anonymous reviewer name of Softballgirl. I will try to finish any stories I write before I post them, because my writing process is sporadic, but I might be persuaded into posting unfinished work. (I will be writing A Matter of Language as I go, however.) My profile picture is 'Aegnor and Andreth' by the lovely Jenny Dolfen (also known as Gold-Seven). Update* I am so sorry that I haven't published anything in almost two months. I've been busy with family events, Christmas, and starting a new job. I will try to get the next chapter of "A Matter of Language" finished and posted as soon as I can. Thank you all for your encouragement and may God bless you abundantly. A few things about me: I am a Christian, which means that I belong to Christ and all that I am and do should reflect who He is. I'm not perfect in this, but He did all the work on the cross, so I can rely on His perfection and not my failures. If you have any questions about Jesus, how to get to heaven, or anything of the sort, feel free to PM me. I have lots of favorite books: the Bible, anything Tolkien (the Silmarillion especially), anything C.S. Lewis, Les Misérables, the Little House series, and the Song of Roland, to name a few. I like parenthesis in casual "speech" (if typing counts as speech) and I tend to be too liberal in my use of commas. I sew for fun. It challenges me to strategize, keeps my fingers busy when I feel idle, and produces something beautiful that I can say I made. I feel like it's some of that sub-creation that Tolkien talked about and it is a good gift from my Creator. General Disclaimer: Any work that I write that explicitly contains characters, places, or references from another's work is not my own, nor do I lay claim to it. They belong to their rightful owners. I will give credit where I can and I encourage others to let me know if there is something I have overlooked*. I write fanfiction for the love of writing and to personally explore the works of others to better understand my craft. I don't seek payment for the stuff I write here; I seek only to learn and to express myself using the frames other authors have set. Jesus had no servants, yet they called him Master... He had no degree, yet they called him Teacher... He had no medicine, yet they called him Healer... He had no army, yet kings feared him... He won no military battles, yet he conquered the world... He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him... He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today Feel honoured to serve such a leader who loves us...
