Since I never know what to say in these things, I'm just going to try my best here. I live in VA. I'm a 30yr old (yes I said 30, & as much as I miss being younger, I'm not like most when it comes to stating my real age) very happily married woman that is obsessed with all things Vampire. The books, movies, the whole nine yards. And I've got almost everything that's ever been printed in relation to the Vampire myths & lore. The movies too, even the really stupid ones..lol. While I have started writting FanFics myself, even I have to admit to being surprised at that, never thought I had it in me reguardless of the fact that I've always wanted to be a writter. And even the writting that I'm doing now has only come about since I became Disabled and really needed something to do with my time as I don't have any children yet, cept for my lil tiny Silver Poodle, CeeCee.

"Buffy" was the 1st TV series that I got hooked on and thanks to my loving husband & mother I have the complete series on DVD, which I watch over and over, usually as soon as I finish the last disk of the last season I start all over again with the 1st season. And even though I really love the episodes that have Spike in them I force myself not to skip an episode. Honestly I prefer the Buffy & Spike relationship over the Buffy & Angel one, even though I have to force myself to understand that while he's not my favorite he is an important character, because without him there wouldn't have been Spike. But at the end of the day, when it comes right down to it I feel that Spike is the better of the two and that he and Buffy should have ended up together, and have had a very happier ending too. I love reading all the FanFic's about them that I can find, but has yet to get up the courage to actually write any myself.

"Blood Ties" is the 2nd TV series that I'm hooked on, and that's what the FanFic's I've written so far have been about. Only after watching it on TV did I realize that it was based on a series of books, which I've yet to read, mainly because I'm soo hooked on the TV characters I'm afraid that if I do read the book and can't relate what I'm reading to what I've seen, well ya'll know how it is to read a book and be able to picture the characters in your mind, and too often I've been unhappy with how things are left out or the character's don't look like they should when the books are made into movies, so for now I'm just staying away from the books. It's my own crazy logic and I'm sticking to it..lol And the FanFic's I've written so far are based on the TV characters, so if anyone that's read what I've already posted here and the other's that I plan to get posted just as soon as I get a better draft finished will have to keep that in mind.

That and I like to take my character's out of the "norm" and all that. I also watch Moonlight and enjoy it as well but has yet to be inspired to write anything about it. I also watched some of Angel, mostly the middle parts, so I've missed the very beginning and the ending. I'm waiting for my above mentioned loving people to get me the series on DVD ;)
