The year isn't off to a great start for relationship advice columnist Caroline Forbes. She makes the mistake of sleeping with her best friend Stefan, who then proceeds to tell her about the girl he likes. This prompts Caroline to go on a dating detox but just as she starts her man-ban, a rather sexy artist crosses her path.

Barry and Caitlin realize that they have a lot in common after all they have lost. Set after the Season 2 finale.

Niklaus Mikaelson is a single father but is also a business man who needs someone to take care of the kids for him. When their current nanny retires, he finds himself needing a replacement. When Stefan offers a solution, Klaus agrees to interview Caroline

Caroline is a psych student working as a sober companion in Chicago, hired by Elijah Mikaelson to assist his brother, Klaus, who is fresh out of rehab. For the next six weeks she'll be with him 24/7 helping him to maintain a sober life. Caroline will soon discover Klaus is no ordinary client. AH/AU, based off of Elementry/Sherlock Holmes. Caroline had a great life. She was living in Chicago, had an okay job, the best friends in the world, and an amazing daughter. Being a single Mom wasn't the easiest job, but she managed. Continuation from "Graduation" (4x23). Caroline thought their kiss that night was goodbye... Apparently not. Especially when Silas comes after her and she wakes up in Klaus's car.

"It's funny," she says with a sigh, turning her head away from him to look up at the stars again. "Before Katherine turned me the thing I was most scared of was dying.
