Hey all! My name is Laura, I'm 17, and a senior in high school. I love LOTR, Harry Potter, and basically anything fantasy. I am a 1st degree balck belt in Tae-Kwon-Do, and have been training for almost 11 years. I am also starting to learnvarious other styles such as Judo, some Kung Fu, and some Ninjitsu from a friend who has experience in at least 10 different styles and is a master in 8 of them. At school, I play quads (tenors) in the drumline, and throw shot put and discus on the track & field team. I am an actor at the Greater Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival, and will be playing the role of bodyguard/ lady in waiting to this year's visiting Italian Queen. I enjoy drawing, especially portraits of celebrities and actors. Music is a huge part of my life: I play trumpet, drums, guitar, and some keyboard. Music and acting would bedream careers thatare highly unlikely to come true. I have considered being a fighter pilot in the Air Force, but have discovered there to be no other career paths I like in that area. My newest desire is architecture, and Virginia Tech is looking pretty interesting.
