![]() Author has written 2 stories for Harry Potter. So, because I am completely lame and I'm not sure how to express myself, I looked up an about me questionnaire sort of thing. I'll be 110% honest. Enjoy. I've rejoined Pottermore as of (1/5/2014)!!! Add me at: QuillVine20280 (Gryffindor!) xxxxxxxxxxx 1.) Put your iPod on Shuffle and give me the first 6 songs that pop up. Drops of Jupiter (Train) Skinny Love (Bon Iver)Videogames (Lana Del Ray)We Don't Eat (James Vincent McMorrow)Cocaine Blues (Johnny Cash)La Grange (ZZ Top)2.) If you could meet anyone on this Earth, who would it be? This is a tough one considering there are so many, and really it's hard to determine, but let's just say for the sake of HP fans everywhere I would choose to meet J.K. Rowling, because it would be stunning. I'd look her in the eye and tell her just exactly how much she has taught me about writing and friendship and bravery and ambition and intelligence and kindness and love. 3.) Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 23, and give me line 17. "Well, of course, Dumbledore is a biographer's dream," says Skeeter. "Such a long, full life. I'm sure my book will be the first of very, very many." (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) 4.) What do you think about most? I am lost in thought so frequently. If I had to answer though, I'd say the weather. Funny influence it has over one's mood. 5.) What does your latest text message you received say? "YES! SUCCESS!" - My best friend. (She had succeeded in inspiring me in a plot bunny through mindless chatter, ha-ha, kidding.) 6.) Do you sleep with _ or without _ on? I sleep without -socks- on. 7.) What is your strangest talent? I have not discovered many of my talents quite yet, and the ones I call talents aren't particularly strange, but I'd say my ability to literally channel my strongest opinions into words. Provides very useful when I find myself in a quarrel with a teacher. :) 8.) Ever had a song or poem written about you? I'd like to think that "You're my Baby" was written about me, a rendition of Johnny Cash's unfinished song, (I like it best performed by Jonathan Rice!), but alas I do not have black hair, and I wasn't even alive at the time. 9.) Do you have strange phobias? Much like Rowling herself, I'm terrified of vehicles. Or more specifically I have a phobia of driving myself... I'm not very good. 10.) Ever stuck a foreign object up your nose? Candy 11.) What's your religion? Don't have one, they are all quite interesting but not a home for me. Maybe a Harry Potter religion should be formed.. I already read HP like they're bibles. 12.) If you are outside, what are you most likely doing? Watching. Whether it be the leaves, the trees, the clouds, the stars, my siblings playing, people passing by, anything. I find it peaceful... I like to lay out on the trampoline, with the breeze hitting me in the face and my hair spread around me, just enjoying... life. 13.) Do you prefer to be behind the camera or in front of it? Both. I love to make memories and be a part of them. 14.) Simple but extremely complex. Favorite band? Yikes... always a tough question. Well... I don't really have one but I have recently discovered City and Colour and they are absolutely terrific. 15.) Do you believe in karma? Yes. I don't think it has anything to do with a God distributing reward and consequence on people due to their actions, I feel it's just an invisible law of the Earth. 16.) What does your URL mean? It's my username, very un-imaginative. 17.) Have you ever gone skinny dipping? It's on the bucket list. 18.) How do you vent your anger? I like to sleep it off sometimes, or be by myself for awhile. Maybe a nice rant inside my head. 19.) Do you have a collection of anything? I used to collect rocks when I was younger... to this day I don't understand what was special about each individual one but at that time it was something. Now I have a growing stack of folded up non-finished writing, of any sort. 20.) Talking on the phone or video-chatting? Both. Sometimes I just need to hear a voice to relieve myself but other times I like the video chatting. 21.) Are you happy with the person you've become? Not really sure who that is quite yet. 22.) What's a sound you hate? A sound you love? Baby voices, and not the motherly kind. I hate it when people make themselves sound so childish just because they believe it's adorable. I love to hear many things, my family's footsteps throughout the house, the wind and rain, water, so much. 23.) Do you believe in ghosts? How about aliens? I try very hard not to sometimes but I think they could very well exist, and as for aliens, I always have but who knows? 24.) Stick out your right arm, what do you touch first? Your left arm? Right-Desk. Left-Notebook. 25.) Smell the air, what do you smell? Christmas Air Conditioner... I'm not very creative with the smells in my room. 26.) What's the worst place you have ever been to? Haven't experienced enough yet, but I'm not too fond of Texas. 27.) East Coast or West Coast? East I suppose. 28.) Most attractive singer of your opposite gender? Tom Felton has many songs so yes, he counts! 29.) To you, what is the meaning of life? A great question to which I have no answer, but I assume when I'm grey and old I'll have it pretty figured out. 30.) Do you believe in luck? Hmm... maybe, or maybe not. I don't have any spare four-leaf-clovers lying around though. 31.) What's the weather like right now? It's winter, just three more days until Christmas, and lately it's been chilly or humid or rainy. Today it is humid in Florida. 32.) What time is it? 5:53 p.m. 33.) Do you drive? If so, have you ever crashed? Yes I drive, and I haven't crashed... but that doesn't make it any more pleasant. (See; #9, Phobias) 34.) What is the last book you read? I'll admit that a habit of mine is too read while I eat, and I normally leave the book I am reading in the spot I normally sit at the dinner table, and I'll also admit the current book in that spot happens to be Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer. 35.) Do you have any nicknames? Ri or Ri Ri 36.) What is the last movie you saw? A Madea Christmas 37.) What's the worst injury you've ever had? I've never really... been injured. I've grown wary of risk considering I have multiple brothers. 38.) Have you ever caught a butterfly? No, I don't think I've ever tried either. 39.) Do you have any obsessions right now? I am forever and always obsessed with reading, Harry Potter, chocolate, scrunchies (ties for thick hair), and so much more. 40.) What's your sexual orientation? Watched an interesting video the other day which questioned the idea of sexual orientation. It suggested that perhaps there is no such thing. Perhaps we as people find someone and fall in love with them. Anyways, I am female and attracted to males. 41.) Ever had a rumor spread about you? Yes, quite nasty, but you know high school. 42.) Do you believe in magic? That's all dependent upon one's definition of magic but sometimes I really want to believe some mythical forces are out there. I do believe in the magic we as ordinary humans create. We are ordinary people who do extraordinary things. Doctors perform magic, authors perform magic, etc. 43.) Do you tend to hold grudges? Not really, it all depends, but typically I don't. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. 44.) What is your astrological sign? I am a Gemini, which is funny, because Gemini is represented by twins, and my brother who I am very close to is also one, though we aren't twins. 45.) Do you save money or spend it? I save money a lot, but if I go on a spending trip it sometimes gets out of proportion. 46.) What's the last thing you purchased? A present for my best friend, which cannot be revealed yet. 47.) Love or lust? Sometimes hormones push me towards lust but love, always love. 48.) In a relationship? It's complicated. 49.) How many relationships have you had? A few. 50.) Can you touch your nose with your tongue? Nope, I cannot. 51.) Where were you yesterday? Taking final exams, then out to the movies. 52.) Is there anything pink within ten feet of you? Yes. 53.) Are you wearing socks right now? No, I normally only do when wearing shoes. 54.) What's your favorite animal? It's a toughie, they are all so fascinating. 55.) What's your secret weapon of attraction? I show off the brains, a lot. You'd be surprised how much intelligence attracts a guy, unless you're proving them wrong. 56.) Where is your best friend? In Kentucky, so far away physically, but not in the heart. :) 57.) What is your heritage? I'm American, but a bit of Native American as well, and a tiny hint of Irish, but mostly American. 58.) What were you doing last night at 12 AM? Haha, trick question? At Midnight, I was leaving the theater. 59.) What do you think is Satan's last name? Such a curious question! 60.) Be honest. Have you ever gotten yourself off? Extremely personal I suppose, but honestly, no. |
