Author has written 3 stories for Toy Story, Spider-Man, Inside Out, and Frozen.

So... I guess this is my page.

I'm definitely new to the "fandom" thing. Two year ago, I thought of fandoms as weird, crazy groups of people who liked to argue over nothing and wrote terrible crossovers about their favorite characters. And while I can certainly acknowledge there is truth to that statement, I've grown more accustomed to fandoms lately and have a better appreciation for the ways people express their enjoyment of their favorite works.

So now, completing my transition, I've started writing my own terrible fanfiction crossovers. How times change people.

Some of my favorite works, generally film (I'm not an avid reader, and I don't like trying to keep up with tv), include:
-Mad Max (all 4 films, especially Road Warrior and Fury Road)
-Edgar Wright: The Cornetto Trilogy (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World's End) and Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. You can expect a lot of references to these films to pop up in my work, particularly Hot Fuzz.
-The Blues Brothers (You can also expect a lot of references to this)
-Aardman Animation (Wallace and Gromit, The Pirates: In an Adventure with Scientists/Band of Misfits
-Most Pixar films (Toy Story 1/2/3, Monsters Inc., Up, The Incredibles and Inside Out in particular. Not so much a fan of Cars and ESPECIALLY not Brave.)
-Many Disney Animated Films: The Sword in the Stone, The Great Mouse Detective, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Emperor's New Groove, Lilo & Stitch, Bolt, Tangled, Wreck-It Ralph, Frozen, Big Hero 6
-The Colbert Report & The Daily Show
-Life of Pi (film only, have not read the book)
-Ginger Snaps
-An American Werewolf in London
-Mel Brooks (Spaceballs, Young Frankenstein, High Anxiety, Blazing Saddles and Silent Movie are standouts. Expect references to crop up.)
-Monty Python (Flying Circus, Holy Grail and Life of Brian, mixed feelings on Meaning of Life. References will come up.)
-John Carpenter's The Thing
-Marvel Cinematic Universe (Particularly Iron Man 1 & 3, The Avengers and Captain America: The Winter Soldier)
-Gore Verbinski: Rango and the first two Pirates of the Caribbean films.
-Steven Spielberg (Jaws, Close Encounters, Indiana Jones 1 & 3, Jurassic Park 1, The Adventures of Tintin)
-Star Wars Original Trilogy
-Ghostbusters
-The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
-Christopher Nolan (Inception, Insomnia, The Prestige and Interstellar most prominently)
-SOME Tim Burton (Sweeney Todd, Sleepy Hollow, Big Fish and Ed Wood)
-The Wolf of Wall Street
-The Muppets
-The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit (yes, I've read the books as well, though not any of the extra material like the Silmarillion.)
-The LEGO Movie
-SOME Dreamworks Animation (Particularly Kung Fu Panda, Megamind, How to Train Your Dragon and Rise of the Guardians)
-Sherlock (BBC) and the 2009 Sherlock Holmes film
-Futurama & Classic Simpsons
-Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog

As you might have noticed, this is a fairly wide array of films, genres and intended audience levels. (Not many lists include both The Muppets and The Thing; wouldn't that be a heartwarming crossover?) I keep an open and adult perspective on everything I watch and read, and if I wholly enjoy a work I will happily identify myself as a fan whether or not I fit the intended audience mold. (For perspective, I'm a 19-year old American cisgender male.)

So, with introductions out of the way, feel free to enjoy my work!
