Author has written 2 stories for Mass Effect, and Maximum Ride. Guess I'll fill this empty space with a little bit about me. Let's see...well, to start off I'm a bit of a jack of all trades in practically every aspect of my life. My hobbies range from gaming to writing to fishing to almost anything you could think of. I'm also a huge tomboy so my hobbies tend to be more outdoors related as opposed to shopping. My ideal shopping spree would either be at GameStop or anywhere that I can get my hands on tactical gear. You know, anything I could use in paintball. :P Oh yes, and I'm enlisted in the National Guard. I actually enlisted last year and spent my fall in BCT, basic combat training, and AIT, advanced individual training. I'm an 88M, motor transport operator...or truck driver, though this is only my temporary job. I merely chose it since it was the shortest time I'd have to spend in AIT directly after my BCT. I plan on branching in MI, military intelligence, once I graduate from college and commission as an officer. I'm planning on being fluent in Chinese, Mandarin specifically, before I graduate so I figured MI would be a fun route. Plus, I have wanderlust and absolutely love traveling the world. I also don't really want to be directly killing anyone if I can help it. I didn't enlist to kill people, I enlisted to help and save people. What else...? Well, I live in a family of six so you can imagine how loud it can get at home when our way of talking at the dinner table is to just be louder than whoever else is talking. xD My family is highly sarcastic and so I should probably apologize ahead of time if I come across as rude. I'm most likely just being sarcastic since I rarely take anything serious. If I am taking something too serious and am in a pissy mood, then it's probably not you. So much stuff happens to me IRL on a daily basis that I'm probably just having a rough day or something. *shrugs* What can I say? I'm enlisted in the National Guard, going to college, majoring in international affairs and minoring in Chinese, traveling often with my family, a video game addict, and quite often find myself zoning out in classes. My imagination is dangerously strong. So much so that my nightmares are so realistic that you'd sometimes wish you weren't sleeping. At the same time, it's a gift because I can imagine and write stories that I'll read again and again after I've written them, out of pure enjoyment. Speaking of which, I've actually written a novel that I hope to eventually publish. One of these days... |
