Harry Potter

Favorite Characters:
Ron Weasley
Hermione Granger
Luna Lovegood

Favorite Pairings:
Ron/Hermione – Boy meets girl, boy and girl don’t get along at first but slowly become friends, spend roughly four years dancing and arguing around their feelings, and finally get their own happy ending. Classic.
Neville/Hannah – Most adorable couple ever. That is all.
Oliver/Katie – An obsessed Captain + an unlucky Chaser = Love.

Pairings I Ha—Er, Strongly Dislike:
Hermione/Draco – Those insults aren’t covering up hidden feelings…they’re just insults.
Harry/Hermione – I’m usually all for best friend pairings, but this one just wouldn’t work. It’d be like Ron dating Ginny.

Percy Jackson

Favorite Characters:
Percy Jackson
Annabeth Chase
Clarisse La Rue
Malcolm
Reyna

Favorite Pairings:
Percy/Annabeth – Best friends that argue almost constantly, have tons of chemistry and sexual tension, but can’t spit out their feelings? See above.
Travis/Katie – The bossy, motherly daughter of Demeter with the carefree Prank King? That’s just fun.
Chris/Clarisse – Because everyone deserves a happy ending, especially these two.

Pairings I Strongly Dislike:
Pairings that interfere with the above.
Thalia/Anyone – I like romance as much as anyone, but messing with the eternal maiden thing just seems cheap and unrealistic.

Others
Cor/Aravis (Narnia)
Eustace/Jill (Narnia)
Taran/Eilonwy (Prydain)
Walter/Ashley (DIOM)
Booth/Brennan (Bones)
Sokka/Suki (A:TLA)
Zuko/Mai (A:TLA)

"He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering. He was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed" -Isaiah 53:2-3, 5

"History is full of men who would be gods...but only one God who became man" -Unknown

King Xerxes: Of all commodities, love is the most cheaply purchased.

Esther: If it is for sale, my lord, it is not love.
