![]() I'm on this site mainly for reading, reviewing, and enjoying good writing. I work in business and financial publishing and traffic this site when I have time and feel the need to break from life for a bit. If you are a writer with talent who has bad writing skills, and I had just read your story or tried to, you'll likely get a review from me constructively (usually) pointing out the major problems I see. If you are a writer who has talent and good writing skills, I'll still leave a review for you and maybe point out some small details with my enjoyment of your writing. If you are just a bad writer with no talent, who's only writing for his/her own narcissistic pleasure, I doubt I'll get past your first chapter and it's very likely I won't leave a review. 3/10/2012 Mass Effect philiacs and writers, I'm interested to read the endings that will be written to replace the asinine endings for ME3 that Bioware somehow tried to pass off as "acceptable." I had hoped that Dragon Age 2 was a fluke with the Bioware creative and writing department, but it seems that Bioware either brought in those DA2 writers last minute to change the ending, or the existing writers for ME failed with epic proportions by invalidating all choices made by the player in the trilogy up to the last 15 minutes of ME3 with a "Star Child" and "Space Magic" in a series that prided itself with hard and plausible science. The replayability of all three games was destroyed by those last few minutes. A story that could potentially have been among the greatest of the science fiction space operas, died. |
