Author has written 3 stories for StarTrek: The Original Series.

I am a second generation Trekkie.
For this, my Father is at fault. As a young nerd in Wichita, Kansas, he and his friends would dress up in Trek uniforms and cavort about on the roof of their high school, practicing the Vulcan nerve pinch on each other. Later on, Spock's mind-meld technique would inspire him to pursue a Ph.D. in neuroscience.

I inherited this disease.

The story listed below is likely the only fanfiction I will ever undertake to write. I do it to serve justice to a character who is both underrepresented and often misunderstood. I refer, of course, to Nurse Christine Chapel.

The encouragement I have received thus far is much appreciated. To those of you who see a deeper meaning to Nurse Chapel's love, this story is for you.
