It begins in Paris where Jane and Maura finally realise their feelings. Will Jane go back to BPD to be with Maura? This story is set right around the end of Season 7. It will include flashbacks to earlier seasons, but the "present tense" stuff is season 7. It deals with JJ & Emily's relationship, and what happened between them right around the bank robbery, wedding, and Emily's departure from the BAU. There will be angst. The team gets called to New Orleans while Emily's off with an injury. What will happen when JJ is reunited with William LaMontagne? How will Emily handle being left behind? All the drama in #8 of my little AU series.

Maura tells Jane at the crime scene that she can't marry Casey. That same night, after taking the next day off for them both, they are getting drunk, and find a surprise at the morning, when they both wake up with a hangover. After that night everything turns upside down, and not just once, but not immediately.
