—Mermaids: beautiful fishy women, swimming though young minds in all sorts of fantasies, luring sailors to their watery graves with songs. Mermaids are female and all are powerful as they are lovely. Though unknown to most, mermen are a species of their own, and a very rare species at that. Matthew is one of the few known mermen and ever since he became an adult, he has wanted nothing more than to become a father. However, unlike mermaids, he can not mate and have children with just anyone; someone special is needed for it to work. While working as a lifeguard at an extremely popular vacationing spot exposes him to many different people, it is highly unlikely that he will ever meet that special someone and get to have children of his own.—

Blind as a Bat (not started)
—When a violent storm drives Matthew into a cave for shelter, he quickly discovers that it is home to not only many bats, but also a hungry vampire. Faced with the choice of going back out into the storm and facing the vampire in the cave, Matthew opts to run from the vampire but remain inside the large cave. Inevitably, he is cornered by the vampire and in desperate and risky attempt to avoid becoming a meal, he claims to know someone who would make a much better meal than such a scrawny person like himself and offers to bring them to the cave after the storm has ended in exchange for his own life. However, making deals with a vampire is risky business, and there’s no guarantee that the vampire will even accept Matthew’s offer in the first place.—

Circle of Scales (not started)
—Matthew never thought that his life could go from good to horrid within a single day. Accused of being a witch, his house is set ablaze at nightfall with him trapped inside the burning building and by some miracle, Matthew survives the fire. However, a strange woman standing before the ashes of his home has come to take him far away to a castle in the middle of nowhere. There he meets many others like himself and soon begins to wonder why they were brought out here. Why were they, of all people, needed here? When he gets the answer to his question, he quickly regrets wanting to know more and wants nothing more than to leave the castle immediately.—

Guardian of His Heart
—Shamed by his father, the True King of Solstice, Ivan must find himself a bride all on his own; to his father’s liking, and regain his right to the throne. Though this task itself proves to be impossible, over a year has passed since the start of his journey and he is not one step closer to the throne. With the rumors that float about him and the time that is slipping from his fingers, Ivan starts to lose hope. But one strange young man that disregards Ivan’s past is convinced that he can help Ivan find a bride, and maybe even love.—

Pinnipedia (not started)
—The ocean. Once sought for all of its beauty and mystery, it used to contain more wonders and creatures than the land above. Once upon a time, that is. Over time, the oceans had started to become desolate, with millions of species being lost forever. As a last resort to watch the waters and enforce the law, governments around the world created IODP and not long after that, RMERS was created to rescue any injured marine life and nurse them back to health. In love with the sea and all it holds, Matthew deicates himself to becoming part of RMERS as a marine veterinary surgeon.—

Sea Sick (Coming soon)
—There was an uproar of attention from the world when the first mermaid was found. Five years later only ten aquariums in the whole world had a single mermaid on display and Ivan is pushed by the public to have his aquarium be the next. Ivan has been a part of Genova Aquarium since he was a little boy and has more than enough experience with sharks, dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, even sea otters, but he has no clue how to handle or even take care of a mermaid.—

Silver Fish
—Ivan is a struggling fisherman who lives on the harbor of Avacha Bay. One day while out fishing in his boat, he comes across a lone merman who appears to have been separated from the rest of his kind. The merman, while kind, doesn’t seem to be able to speak and Ivan can only guess at what his name is, where he came from, and why the merman sticks around the harbor instead of trying to get home.—

Through the Moon
—Ivan lives in a world where he has been raised by wolves his whole life and has never seen one of his own kind. He was always searching for another like him; even a male would do, but Ivan has had no such luck. Now, he turns to the Goddess of the Moon, praying for her to show mercy upon him and to find it in her heart to give up one of her children to be his mate and give him something that he’s always longed for: a family.—
