A Wolf Pack Crack Fic Contest Centered Around New Years

This competition is strictly for the purpose of making us laugh and adding humor to the wolf pack side of the fandom.

Requirements:

~ The story can be in any POV, but at least one of the main characters has to be from the wolf pack.

~ It must be based around New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.

~ It must contain HUMOR!

All Entries MUST:

~ Have proper spelling and grammar. Betas are strongly encouraged. If you do not have a beta you can find one either at the Beta's Den on Jacob Black -N- Pack, or at Project Team Beta.

~ Submissions of M rated fics from those who are under 18 will not be accepted.

~ This must be a new one-shot and cannot be continued until after the contest.

~ Word count must be between 3,000-10,000 words, not including header. It's going to be tossed if it's not.

~ OOC is absolutely acceptable.

~ Collaborations are allowed. Please make sure to list the names of both authors.

~Smut isn't required, but it is welcome as well as non-romantic story lines.

~We don't want incest, rape, pedophilia, beastiality, or any thing that is illegal in most states.

~Use of no Humor is means for disqualification.

Contest Timeline

All submissions will be reviewed by a moderator. Then it will be submitted to the judges for approval. We reserve the right to refuse any entries we feel do not comply with the rules of this contest.

Open for Submission: December 1, 2010 NOW CLOSED

Validation/Posting: Now - January 19, 2011

Voting: January 20-24, 2011

Winners will be announced on January 25th 2011.

Open Voting:
First and Second place winners will be decided by popular choice.

Judges' Choice: The judges will choose one favorite entry.

ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE ANONYMOUS.

Authors may request to have their submissions remain anonymous, if they choose or to use an alternate pen name. Please clearly explain how you would like this handled when you email in your entry.

Authors anonymity is a requirement that will be enforced. If the judges deem a contestant has revealed their identity to readers their story will be pulled from the contest.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN ANONYMOUS CONTEST. DO NOT CONTACT THE JUDGES WITH DETAILS OF YOUR STORY! DO NOT SEND A COPY OF YOUR STORY TO THE JUDGES! DOING SO WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFY YOU FROM THE CONTEST.

All entires will be processed by the contest administrator and forwarded (without the contestant's name) to the judges for validation.
