I write, but I don't publish here. However, I do read and review. Good or bad, I review. You don't like something I've said? That's your right but don't expect me to suddenly change my tune just because you don't like what someone on the internet said about something you've written.

First and foremost: Enjoy what you've written. If you like what you have wrote then someone's dislike of your work, though will still matter to you, won't affect your own opinion about your work. If what they said somehow upsets you beyond the cursory pang of regret for their low opinion of your fiction, don't-don't-don't think that you have any right to tell them they're wrong in thinking the way they do. It's their opinion and you should respect that seeing as you're wanting them to respect your own opinion about your work. If they're jerks then they're jerks. If they leave constructive criticism then that's a horse of a different color entirely.

And, please, there is a difference between a low opinion and a FLAME. Know the difference. It'll save a lot of heartache and headaches.

Think before you react, dear fanfic writers.

What you have written has been written.

What will be will be.
