Thirty years after the end of the war, Katniss and the others are called back to the Capitol for a commemoration ceremony. All was well, or so it seemed. But they will soon find out that the peace they fought so hard for is never more than one generation from extinction. Rated T to maintain continuity with the follow up fic coming next year.
