Heya! I was here for a bit before I got my username, so if there's a mysterious review from Jill or Jilly, it's me. Unless there's another Jill running around the site, reviewing random fics. But if it was a Leverage, Bones, NCIS, CSI: NY or CSI: Miami fic, and there's a review from Jill, then it's probably me. Good thing that's cleared up!

I made this account mainly so I could get an email when any of my favorite stories updated, but I felt guilty not giving anything back, so I wrote my first ever fic for you guys. And by 'you guys' I mean the one person who's going to read this. Who knows, maybe more than one. Maybe even two! Oh well. If I make even one person smile with my fics, it was worth it.

The shows I have managed to keep a grasp on, however vague:

Bones: I ship B/B and Hodgela and I love Wendall and Zach (not as a ship though, never seen that... hmm...).
Doctor Who: New only, and I'm not that interested in Eleven, though I've seen most of season five. Rose/Doctor, either Nine or Ten, but totally hard OT3 Doctor/Jack/Rose, particularly Nine.
Glee: I'm an absolute Gleek. All the usual ships, with extra emphasis on Santana getting her act together with Brittany and omg!Karofsky looks so nice when he smiles/ isn't internalizing homophobia.
In Plain Sight: God, I love this show. I'm currently up to date on episodes and I ship M/M so hard.

Leverage: I officially ship Nophie and Pardison. In fandom, however, there's so much awesomesauce that I'll ship anyone.
Merlin: Totally up-to-date, gigantic Merthur and anyone with the knights, particularly Gwaine/Merlin, but again there's just so much chemistry in that show it's hard to find anyone you can't ship.
Torchwood: I've kind of ficced nothing but this for two years now. It's a bit sad, really. Despite this I've only watched weird parts of Children of Earth and three clips of Miracle Day- in addition to the original two seasons- I'm a giant denier. Janto is my OTP, but it's Torchwood, for God's sake, I ship everyone.

White Collar: My latest obsession, I watched all three seasons in a week. And now I'm dying for the next one! I love the OT3, but really, anything that gets Matt Bomer shirtless is fine with me.

So, this is the third major edit of this part of my profile, and I kind of have to give up. I said first that I didn’t really read slash, femslash, threesomes, etc. unless it was particularly good, and low-rated at that. Then I read Subird Riding Shotgun’s Cell Number Eight universe and went on an M-rated Slash bender, and so I- being an essentially honest person- changed this entry accordingly. However, now I basically read very little that’s not slash, so- being a generally honest, if apparently fickle, person- here I am yet again. Am I fickle? Or is changing your opinion like this just part of living and learning and reading more fics? I do hope it’s the latter, otherwise I’d just feel silly.

Gay marriage:

1) Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, liposuction and air conditioning.
2) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.
3) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.
4) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.
5) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Brittany Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed.
