I plan to write some fan fiction sooner or later, though available time lately has been close to naught.

I'm a fan of many games and anime, so source material shouldn't be a problem. Currently enjoying the Kingdom Hearts 2, and determined to finish it completely (including the completion of Jiminy's Journal... grrr...). Previous favourites include: Final Fantasy 7/8/10, Dragon Quest 8, Hikaru No Go, Tenchi Muyo, Yu Yu Hakusho, and a few others just beyond recall.

So should it be in the form of a romance? A thriller perhaps? Action is always possible as well. Why not everyting combined:) We'll have to see.
