This is a retelling of Norse mythology, examining a period of about a year before Loki's binding. All the episodes are taken from traditional Scandinavian and Icelandic sources and expanded upon to suit my own dark purpose.

Mind games ensue between the agent and the god while he forces his will on her in order to use her to satisfy his needs. Loki's plans go smoothly until SHIELD intercedes. Sequel to The Tesseract. Helena hasn't seen the God of Mischief for 2 years but things haven't been going well for either of them. Helena's powers have been on the fritz and Loki's been trapped in Asgard, serving punishment for his crimes.
