A darker reboot of my project of Kamen Rider Papillon. Japan has fallen to the might of the Negashocker Empire. Now wartorn into various territories where fellow toku heroes have been driven mad or turned traitor to justice is there a new hero that can save us from the new apocalyptic dictatorship that now reigns rampant?

One fateful evening after a viewing of the film Zorro a girl's parents were shot in front of her eyes and mugged by a gangster in the middle of an alleyway. Ten years later and that same girl has discovered a new symbiote which unlike the rest does not corrupt its host. Now with a vengeful sense of justice the girl will save the innocent as the symbiote named Judgment.

Kiriko Iijima is an ordinary Japanese high school senior who on one normal day is unfortunately kidnapped and operated upon by the new evil organization Nega Shocker. Transformed into the butterfly based superheroine Kamen Rider Papillon, Kiriko will have to come to terms with saving the world and no longer being a human.
