Hello, welcome, come right on in. My name is MetalWolfMelody, and I am one of many authors making their way through the wide world of fanfiction. I look not for recognition or encouragement; I merely write what the muses croon into my heart. A busy life may take time away from opportunities to write, but I do my best to get by on what time I do have.

I am not here to pretend that I am talented or gifted, but I am not here to denounce my hard work; what I publish is written and proofed solely by myself, and I take full responsibility for mistakes made in grammar or content. I work very hard to improve my writing constantly, and settle into a style that is pleasing to read. While I do understand many 'rules' of grammar and literature, I don't know them all, and there are many mistakes I miss when proofreading my own work. Please feel free to message me or leave a review pointing out any mistakes that I make, as I am always striving to improve.

While I always am appreciative of the continued support I receive on my stories, as was aforementioned, I do not have much time on my hands. I am also notorious for getting almost completely through a story, and remaining completely unable to finish the last one or two chapters. I apologize for the inconvenience, and I would like you to know that I am constantly working to push past this barrier that I create for myself.

I also do not have just one fandom that I write for; whichever show is piquing my interest at the moment will be subject to my creativity and torment, although we could consider those one in the same.

I may be gone on long, somewhat unexpected hiatuses without warning. I have a chronic ligament tear in my right wrist which can either be mild or severe, but sometimes it renders me unable to write. I apologize if I have to go on these breaks, but my health is always a priority over writing. Sometimes I am in a cast or a splint recovering from surgical procedures, which may cause the updates to take longer. Thank you for understanding!

Writers never get enough of this, they really don't, but I would like everyone to know that I AM OPEN FOR COMMISSIONS! (This is the fancy way of saying it, you won't have to actually pay me, I'll do it totally for free.) If you would like me to write a story that you can't quite figure out how to craft, or have no interest in taking it on yourself, I would be happy to take a stab at it. This profile should be more about me though, should it not? While I as a person am largely uninteresting, I have many passions. One of those being HEAVY METAL, and all of the subgenres of metal that follow. I am particularly partial to Power Metal, Progressive Metal, and Symphonic Metal, but any kind of metal is known to make me extremely happy.

I love watching shows that play along with some psychological aspect, but at the same time, I love reading the same type of stories. The average crime show or thriller novel is boring to me; I hunger for something that makes the particular subject interesting or exciting. For that very reason, I haven't been reading many books or watching many shows lately. I am always open for interesting reccomendations!

I am also interested in, and enjoy watching, anime and manga. I have watched a majority of the mainstream shows, and some that aren't so mainstream. While I would find it tedious to list them all here, I will say that I loved Durarara, Psycho-Pass, and Death Note, merely for the fact that they included lots of psychological thrills and suspense. I do enjoy all kinds, and if you would like to suggest one (or ask for a reccomendation!) I am open any time. I am very unfamiliar with writing fan works for either manga or anime, mainly becausze I am very removed from the culture that follows these shows, and find that consistency is very difficult for me.

My interests in life revolve around the subjects of English, History, Psychology, Business, and International Studies. My aspirations, hopes, and dreams, will hopefully utilize skills in most of these areas.
