Personal Hi, I finally decided that I would try a new foray into writing. Full disclosure dictates that this may primarily be due to my having essays and exams coming up and I really don't feel like studying at the moment, which perhaps doesn't sound like the best of ideas, but well, that's procrastination for you. Writing I've always had at the back of my mind an idea of dabbling with writing fanfiction in one of the universes that I have derived many hours of enjoyment. As I started with Harry Potter fanfiction, it appeared that this would be an appropriate starting point for me to do my first piece. I've also very much enjoyed reading Alternate universe novels and so the fact that my first piece of writing be set in an AU seems to be appropriate. All in all, I plan on writing a one shot proof of concept to begin with and should I find the time, develop that universe further into a more fleshed out novella. I hope you'll enjoy this offering.
