There was a gas attack in Midtown. It was scary, but everyone was fine. No big deal, nothing to worry about. At least not until Peter started losing track of reality. Or the one where Peter just wants things to be normal, but he's pretty sure he's losing his mind. And trying to help him is going to cause Tony to lose his.

Peter Parker juggles being Spider-Man, a high school student, and traumatized. Aunt May does her best to be supportive and Ned is always there as his Guy in the Chair. When he thinks things can't get even more complicated, a villain inserts themselves into the mix. Tony Stark decides to awkwardly step in, trying to help Peter understand that health needs to come before Spider-Man.

Ten years after the events of Avengers: Endgame, a teenaged Morgan Stark believes that her father has set up an elaborate series of clues leading her to an unknown outcome. She enlists the help of lifelong friends and her father's former mentees Harley Keener and Peter Parker to help her on her quest. After Homecoming, Tony spent the time to actually get to know Peter and really started to care about him. So much so that he always knew where the kid was, he spent almost every weekend with him, and he'd added numerous protocols to the suit to keep him safe. He thought he'd planned for every contingency. He'd just never planned for this.
